Environmental protection immediate dyes refer to dyes that meet the requirements of environmental protection and can be used in the production process. Environmental protection dyes should meet the following standards and have no or no impact on aromatic amines; the dye itself has no carcinogens, allergens, acute toxic side effects; indoor formaldehyde and purifiable heavy metals after application exceed the limit below the limit; no natural environment growth hormone; no continuous Organic chemical air pollutants; harmful organic chemicals that are not easy to cause environmental pollution; compounds that are not easy to cause environmental pollution; color fastness to washing and performance indicators are better than prohibiting the use of dyes.
The basic principle of immediate dye:
1. Immediate dyes have water-soluble functional groups such as sulfonic acid groups or radicals. The molecular formulas are arranged in a straight line, and the aromatic ring structure is in the same plane;
2. Immediate dyes from environmentally friendly dye manufacturers have great infectivity on cellulose fibers. They can be dyed immediately in neutralized substances, and dyeing can be carried out only by dissolving the dyes in dry water.
3. The dye is absorbed by the chemical fiber to the surface in the aqueous solution, and then continues to diffuse out of the amorphous area of the chemical fiber, forming a covalent bond and van der Waals force fusion with the chemical fiber biological macromolecule.
